Use of our website constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of purchase. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, including our privacy policy, and we advise the purchaser to review them whenever they use this site.

We aim to keep the information on our website as current and accurate as possible and we reserve the right to modify, edit or delete information on this site from time to time. Pricing may be subject to change at any time and we may from time to time discontinue products or sell items only while stocks last.

We make every reasonable effort to ship items as ordered and on time. However, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to inspect all items on delivery, including deliveries to third parties, to ensure that the item is exactly as ordered. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage should our delivery be delayed or prevented from being delivered by the promised date or if stock is not available or sold out.

Images displayed on our website have been displayed as accurately as possible. Due to variations in monitors and phone displays, the colours on the purchaser’s screen may appear different to our product and should be used as a guide only. The size measurement chart in our website is a guide only and we recommend that the purchaser take accurate measurements and choose their size carefully. No refund will be offered if the product’s fabric varies by +/- 10gsm or if size measurements vary by +/- 1.5cm. Despite our best quality control some colours may vary slightly from batch to batch.

We make every reasonable effort to protect the purchaser’s personal information however we do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by third party intrusion to our site.
