We are open Monday - Thursday 9am - 4:30pm for customer service queries.

Our preferred method of contact is via email. You can do this at anytime and we will prioritise getting back to you. We prefer to work by email so nothing is missed and we can include pictures and links if need be.

If you are enquiring about a return/exchange please do not send back any items before hearing back from us.

Have you messaged us and haven't heard back? Your email provider may be filtering out our correspondence. Please check your junk folder, and if necessary add us to your 'safe sender' list so our messages can get through.
