Refund policy

We do not offer refunds unless items are faulty or damaged upon receipt. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent to ensure a high level of quality. In the unlikely event that the purchaser’s items are faulty they must contact us within 48 hours of receiving them to discuss the issue. Items will need to be returned in their original packaging and with tags attached. If a refund is offered, it will be via the same payment method as the original purchase. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or if the purchaser is unhappy with the colour, size or style of the item they received.

For change-of-mind purchases or if the purchaser is unhappy with the colour, size or style of the item they received they can return their items and in exchange, receive a store credit which can be used to purchase equivalent value items that are available for sale on our website. We cannot guarantee supply of any particular stock item. Stock is available until sold out.

Bespoke Physie Dolls and Tutus are not eligible for exchanges or refunds due to change-of-mind, as they are custom made products. There are no exchanges/refunds on Associate uniforms.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we will not accept hosiery/footless tights for change-of=mind exchange, unless they are still in their original unopened packaging.

All goods returned must be unworn, unused, undamaged and free from wear, stains, odours or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. If the returned item is soiled with makeup or odours or marked in any other way, it will not be accepted for return or exchange. In this instance the customer will need to pay the postage to have the item returned to them.

If making a return in exchange for a store credit, the purchaser must contact us within 7 days from the date they received the order. Items must be returned at the buyers expense and be returned by parcel post or express post only (to enable tracking), unused, with original packaging and tags in place.
